MEET THE TEAM…
Logan is an ASHA and state certified Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina and Georgia. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2014. Logan continued her education at USC where she received her Master of Speech Pathology degree in 2016. She has additional certification in Beckman Oral Motor Assessment & Intervention. In Logan’s 8 years of experience, she has worked in the public school system, inpatient/outpatient therapy setting, and neonatal intensive care unit at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia. Her primary interests are in early language, articulation/phonological disorders, augmentative and alternative communication devices, and feeding/swallowing disorders in both infants and children.
Outside of work, Logan and her husband, Jason, enjoy taking walks on the Greenway with their little boys, Ellis and Eason, and pup, Riley. They also enjoy spending time with family & friends, traveling, and eating good food!

Taylor Borden, MCD, CCC-SLP
Taylor is an ASHA and state certified Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina and Georgia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Development in 2016 from the University of South Carolina. Taylor continued her education at the University of South Carolina where she received her Master of Communication Sciences and Disorders degree in 2020. Taylor has experience working with a wide variety of speech and language disorders in pediatric outpatient settings. Her primary interests are in early language development, articulation/phonological disorders, use of augmentative and alternative communication devices, and feeding/swallowing disorders in both infants and children.
Outside of work, Taylor and her husband, Cody, enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their two boys, Cohen and Cash. They also love going to the beach and taking their kiddos on new adventures.
Katie Wise, MS, CCC-SLP
Katie is an ASHA and state certified Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina and Georgia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2021 from the University of Georgia. Katie continued her education at Georgia Southern-Armstrong where she received her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2023. Katie has experience working with a wide variety of speech and language disorders in pediatric outpatient settings. Her primary interests are in early language development, articulation/phonological disorders, use of augmentative and alternative communication devices, and feeding/swallowing disorders in both infants and children.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Miller. She loves Georgia football, going on long walks, and trying new recipes!
Jena is a licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina and Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Pre-Occupational Therapy from Mercyhurst University in 2017 and went on to receive her Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in 2019 from Augusta University. Jena has experience working with people of all ages across a variety of settings, including schools, rehabilitation hospitals and retirement communities.
Her primary areas of interest include sensory integration, fine motor development, self-regulation, activities of daily living, and promoting independence in children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric conditions. Jena is passionate about helping children gain confidence through play-based, functional therapy that is tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Jena and her husband, Mike enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and exploring new places! They have two children-Jackson and Millie, who keep life fun and full of adventure!

Gracen Farr, COTA/L
Gracen is originally from Aiken, SC. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2023 and went on to complete her OTA program at Augusta Technical College in 2024. She is always seeking out new opportunities to learn new information for sensory processing and fine motor/visual motor development. Gracen loves that the field of occupational therapy requires the values of sensitivity, understanding, and compassion and focuses on these as personal values also.
Outside of work, Gracen enjoys spending time with family and friends! She loves to bake, go to new coffee shops, and read books on the beach!
